"Packing is for the Birds"

I usually love to pack for a trip, Mexcio for 7 days how easy can that be throw a few bathing suits in a bag add some medicine and sun screen and your done! But how do you pack for 2 months away? what to bring? What no to bring? When I used to backpack it was just me to look after I was lucky if I even had 1 pill in my pack. I can't pack to much because we have to drag the stuff around but where to start?

So we have decided to pack very light or as light as we can and our kids are caring most of their own stuff:) Then I think are they to young to do that 3 and 5? I'm thinking to young but we are going to try. They were very excited when we bought them their own packs it was difficult to find ones that fit them properly but large enough to carry their things but we did it!

Well the packing continues adding more and more stuff, light well lets hope:)

I can't believe our trip is just around the corner I am so excited to be able to spend so much time with my family. I am grateful for so many thing but at this time in my life I'm most grateful for the time kevin gave up with us so we could go on this adventure together! Thank you:)

Southeast Asia is at the top of my bucket list I can't wait to get there. Thailand will be our first stop and where we will be spending most of our time but hopefully we will take a few side trips to Cambodia, Indonesia or Malyasia. Vietnam was on our wish list but we won't be able to get a visa in time to go, a little disappointing;(

I'm also very excited for another reason we get to spend some time with our very good friends! TJ, Cara and Mae Overholt will be there at the same time we are I'm looking forward to seeing them again:)
